ZD MechaTronics s.r.l. was established in May 2006 by Renzo Zaltieri and Pier Luigi De Lazzari's business idea.

The company that is focused on the implementation of the idea, provides to the design team (clients) all the tools necessary to turn their electronic and/or mechanical project in a working prototype for the validation of the study.

The quality of results is nestled in the great experience of the executive team, who since 20 years are working in the research, development and realization of industrial products.

During he years ZD Mechatronics s.r.l. has expanded his skills in order to complete the prototype development with the research activities, design and production. In 2010 the initial structure has been expanded by adding one new area: EDAintellect.
